About the Role

This opportunity is for a Digital Marketing Executive – Japan to join the digital marketing team on a full-time basis for 12 months, with a possible extension. The position is based in the Battersea office in London.

The role focuses on supporting the launch and continued expansion of the Japanese eCommerce platform. The successful candidate will help shape localized digital marketing activity and contribute to growth across content, CRM, analytics, SEO, social media, and cross-functional operations.

Digital Marketing and Website Management for Japan

  • Take ownership of the digital marketing and editorial direction for the Japanese market, ensuring it supports brand and commercial goals.
  • Plan, deliver, and improve on-site content such as the homepage, editorial content, blog posts, and campaign landing pages.
  • Make sure all website content is locally relevant, aligned with the brand, and structured for strong performance in Japan.
  • Coordinate localisation from start to finish, working with internal teams, translators, and external partners to adapt global campaigns and content for Japan.
  • Use performance data to keep improving the website experience, engagement levels, and conversion outcomes.

CRM and Lifecycle Marketing for Japan

  • Set up, configure, and manage the Japanese CDP environment.

  • Work with local partners to strengthen brand relevance and audience engagement in the market.

  • Assist the global marketing team with occasional strategic and operational requests across channels.
