Role Overview

Nodus is hiring a Digital Marketing Associate with hands-on experience in media execution, analytics, and account coordination. In this role, you will own paid advertising strategy and delivery for key clients, use data to improve return on investment, and communicate directly with stakeholders to keep campaigns moving in the right direction. You will also contribute ideas and practical feedback that help shape the company’s internal product and technology direction.

Campaign Management

  • Run campaigns across paid social, display, or search channels.
  • Build and launch campaigns from start to finish, including keyword discovery, ad setup, bidding, targeting, and budget planning.
  • Track campaign results, review performance metrics, and find opportunities to improve outcomes.
  • Design and execute experiments based on data to raise campaign efficiency and performance.
  • Keep up with platform changes, new features, and current best practices so campaigns use the latest opportunities.
  • Improve ad placements, bidding approaches, audience selection, and related variables based on business objectives.
  • Perform detailed keyword review and research to target relevant, high-intent search terms.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Conversion Tracking and Measurement

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in paid marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role managing social, search, and/or display campaigns.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related area is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Segment.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, interpret campaign metrics, and turn findings into action.
