About the Role
Ragan Communications and PR Daily is seeking a Digital Designer who can craft engaging digital experiences that attract attention and drive interaction. In this role, you’ll help shape creative assets that support the company’s brands, events, awards, memberships, and content offerings.
What You’ll Create
You’ll work across a wide range of digital formats, including websites, landing pages, emails, banners, campaign graphics, presentations, reports, and event-related materials. The pace is fast, so this position calls for someone who can quickly translate ideas into polished visuals that stay consistent with brand standards.
What Makes a Strong Fit
The ideal candidate should bring a portfolio that demonstrates digital design work across campaigns, websites, email, or landing pages. You should be comfortable working in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and presentation software, and have a solid understanding of UX/UI fundamentals, responsive layouts, and visual hierarchy. The role also requires the ability to manage several projects at once while keeping track of details. Interest in AI tools and how they can improve creative quality and speed is also important.
Nice-to-Have Experience
Additional value would come from experience with Canva, Lovable, basic HTML, video editing, or motion graphics.
Work Arrangement
This is a full-time remote position. Candidates located on the East Coast are preferred.
