About the Role

This is a practical, commercially focused planning position that works closely with sales, retail channels, product launches, and supply chain execution. You will help manage the full planning cycle, covering demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory control, promotional planning, and coordination of stock movement. The role partners with the Country Manager, regional teams, distributors, retail accounts, and supply chain stakeholders to ensure the right products reach the right channels at the right time. It is a hands-on role rather than a purely desk-based planning job. The ideal person enjoys working with data, understands how retail channels operate, and can translate analysis into action.

Responsibilities

• Create and keep up-to-date demand forecasts across main product groups and sales channels.
• Monitor sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, and movements in inventory.
• Assist with planning for new product launches, including launch forecasts and opening stock needs.
• Work with sales and channel teams to plan promotional volumes and ensure stock is available.
• Watch for inventory risks such as excess stock, slow sellers, end-of-life products, and possible shortages.
• Improve visibility of stock flow, product allocation, inbound supply, and replenishment needs.
• Prepare planning reports and analysis to help guide business decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, distributors, and retail partners to address supply and stock issues.
• Keep refining planning tools, reporting workflows, and forecast accuracy.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, replenishment, or a similar function.
• Background in consumer electronics, FMCG, retail, distribution, or another fast-moving product environment.
• Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and improve planning tools and reports.
• Solid understanding of retail channels, promotional patterns, and inventory control.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot risks early and act on them.
• Confidence working with sales, supply chain, operations, and external stakeholders.
• Self-driven, accountable, and motivated to improve processes and outcomes.
• Ability to remain composed and organized in a fast-paced environment.
