Data Center Channel Manager

Role Overview

This position is based in Kenya and focuses on managing partner channels connected to data center solutions. The role centers on day-to-day partner operations, channel growth, and execution of partner-focused commercial plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the routine management of VAPs, improve how the partnership process works, and communicate partner incentive programs clearly.
• Expand the commercial distribution network and support distribution partners during customer visits.
• Lead the creation and rollout of partner marketing plans.
• Handle partner operations and operational administration, including adapting policies to local needs and ensuring they are implemented properly.
• Set up and maintain a mechanism to identify and control risks in partner operations.

Skills and Knowledge Needed

The role calls for familiarity with data center energy solutions, particularly power supply and distribution, UPS systems, temperature regulation, and modular data center setups. Prior exposure to channel development and channel operations is also expected.
