Customer Service Representative

Job summary

This role focuses on supporting customers by sharing useful information, answering questions, handling complaints, and helping ensure a positive experience with Trend Group’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Sales & Marketing team to prepare quotations.
• Draft and send quotations, invoices, receipts, and account statements to customers on time.
• Respond to client account-related questions and concerns.
• Prepare customer statements regularly, or as needed.
• Send payment reminders and reach out to customers as assigned.
• Keep accounting records and Zoho updated with payments, balances, and customer details.
• Track overdue payments and make sure clients are informed about balances and due dates.
• Monitor customer payment status, collect receivables, and close project accounts for finished work.
• Prepare progress claims and invoices, and confirm the details with clients.
• Maintain organized client files with current billing data and statements.

Qualifications

• Background in customer support, customer service, and customer satisfaction.
• Good telephone manner and strong customer experience skills.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Ability to use customer service platforms and related tools effectively.
• Prior experience in a customer service position is an advantage.
• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required; a degree in a related discipline is a plus.
• Must be able to join immediately.
