Role Overview
The Customer Service team is hiring a graduate from a business, marketing, finance, engineering, or related discipline to join as a DCSR in India. In this role, you will work closely with sales/channel partners and a global network of customer service professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and reporting support, sharing information and assistance with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Help sales teams stay focused on design and customer-facing work by coordinating support activities and tracking KPIs.
- Act as a first point of contact for customer escalations, coordinating with ROM and regional AA teams as well as distributors to manage issues, communication, and logistics follow-up.
- Monitor changes in demand to support forecast and backlog alignment with CAM, including backlog corrections and quote/registration linkage to backlog coverage.
- Handle sample-related support such as ordering, tracking, and follow-up.
- Support distribution initiatives such as demand and supply transfers, stock rotations, and related projects.
- Assist with distribution asset review meetings by preparing presentations and sharing data on supply, demand, and process improvements.
- Keep accurate stock in/out records and contribute to internal stock audits.
- Support customer order processing and follow-up to help ensure on-time delivery.
- Assist with quote-to-cash activities, including quote preparation, order entry, pricing checks, and invoicing.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, finance, and credit control teams to keep fulfillment and collections running smoothly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer communication, orders, quotations, and payment progress.
- Answer queries about product availability, pricing, delivery timelines, quotations, and billing.
- Prepare sales reports and supporting documentation for sales leadership.
- Help organize sales meetings, presentations, and events.
- Share customer and market feedback with the marketing team.
- Continuously build knowledge of semiconductor products, industry trends, and quote-to-cash processes.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, finance, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in customer service, sales support, or a comparable role.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across regions with a proactive, relationship-oriented approach.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and adapting to changing ERP systems, reports, and procedures.
- Sound analytical and quantitative ability, including the capability to identify trends and suggest solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken English with clear communication for internal and external audiences.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Exposure to SAP, Model N, Salesforce, or Power BI is an added plus.
