About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, office-based position involves managing client interactions, coordinating internal and external communications, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries via WhatsApp.
- Greet clients and arrange appointments and meetings.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential leads and scheduled appointments.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between clients and internal departments.
- Offer administrative assistance and generate necessary reports.
Key Requirements
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience is required.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is necessary.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and coordination is expected.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Candidates must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi.
