Customer Experience Associate - Remote

Role overview

RG&T Solutions is hiring a remote Customer Experience Associate who can communicate confidently in Italian and English. The position is centered on supporting Italian-speaking customers, handling their questions and concerns, and making sure each interaction leaves them with a positive impression. Although the team is based in Athens, Greece, this role offers the flexibility to work from Atlanta, Georgia.

What you will do

• Respond to customer questions and requests over phone, email, and chat in both Italian and English, making sure support is provided quickly and accurately.
• Handle product- and service-related issues with patience, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.
• Keep thorough and up-to-date documentation of customer conversations and transactions in the CRM platform.
• Work with teams across the business to resolve more complex cases and contribute to better service delivery.
• Review customer feedback to spot patterns and suggest improvements to processes.
• Remain current on the company’s products, policies, and operating procedures so information shared with customers is correct and consistent.

Skills and qualities required

The ideal candidate should bring strong Italian and English communication skills, sound problem-solving ability, flexibility, and a service-oriented attitude. Success in this role also requires comfort working independently in a remote setup while handling several tasks efficiently.
