Role Overview
The company is looking for a CTL (Cut To Length) Operator responsible for handling cutting equipment and supporting the production of products that match customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Run cutting machines to manufacture products that meet the required customer specifications.
- Keep an eye on machine performance, spot operational faults, and carry out basic troubleshooting to reduce idle time.
- Take precise material measurements with tools such as Vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Follow safety procedures and quality practices while keeping the work area tidy and well-organized.
- Work closely with the team to streamline production activities and raise overall output.
