Crypto Portfolio Advisor

Role Overview

This position is for an experienced crypto market participant who can guide clients on portfolio strategy, allocation choices, and investment decisions. The role is designed for someone whose advice is grounded in years of personal investing and live exposure to digital asset markets.

The clients are serious investors and high-net-worth professionals who want support when evaluating opportunities, shaping crypto portfolios, and deciding how to deploy meaningful capital. Your credibility in these discussions should come from your own track record and direct market experience.

Key Responsibilities

You will act as an advisory resource for clients navigating the crypto ecosystem, helping them make informed choices based on practical market knowledge rather than theory.

• Advise clients on how to build crypto portfolios, spread risk across assets, and approach investment decisions.
• Assess opportunities such as protocols, tokens, and yield strategies from the perspective of someone who has actively used and invested in these markets.
• Share market insights informed by your own participation in the crypto space.
• Help clients understand token-based compensation, vesting schedules, and the considerations involved in token-heavy offers.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with crypto investors and industry practitioners across global markets.

Candidate Profile

This role is intended for someone who has spent several years investing in crypto across different market cycles and currently has capital deployed in the market. You should have handled positions through volatility, made decisions under pressure, and built your perspective through real gains and losses.

You should understand DeFi through hands-on use, be familiar with market structure and token economics, and be able to discuss these topics confidently with sophisticated clients. A developer background or compliance experience is not required.

Requirements

• Several years of active involvement in crypto markets across multiple cycles.
• Direct experience managing crypto portfolios and on-chain positions with real capital.
• Strong knowledge of DeFi, token economics, and digital asset market structure.
• Clear and effective communication skills for explaining complex ideas to non-technical but experienced clients.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the world.

Compensation

• Base salary of USD 80,000 to USD 140,000 per year.
• Additional performance-based upside linked to client outcomes.
• Expected total compensation in the USD 150,000 to USD 220,000+ range.
• Remote work arrangement.
