What you will do

You will be trained to work across multiple stations in the restaurant, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. The role centers on preparing food by hand each day, supporting smooth restaurant operations, and helping create the upbeat customer experience guests expect.

The company is open to candidates with prior experience in roles such as dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook, as well as applicants with no previous experience who are enthusiastic and eager to learn.

Training and growth

Team members receive training designed to build confidence at different stations and support long-term growth within the company. Advancement is a major part of the opportunity, with a large share of managers having started in Crew positions.

Requirements

Applicants should bring a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude, along with a genuine interest in serving customers and supporting teammates. A willingness to learn cooking skills is important, and candidates must be at least 16 years old. The ability to communicate in the primary language used at the work location is also required.
