What You’ll Do

You’ll be trained to work across different parts of the restaurant, including food prep and guest-facing stations. The role may involve grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo duties, with a strong emphasis on service, teamwork, and consistency.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in serving others. Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required; people from backgrounds such as dishwashing, cashiering, serving, hosting, bartending, cooking, or prep work may find the transition especially natural.

Pay Information

The base wage for this position is $20.00 to $21.00 per hour. The role also qualifies for digital tips, and total compensation may vary based on skill, experience, and education.

Additional Details

This position is on-site in Redlands, California. Team members are expected to be at least 16 years old and able to communicate in the primary language used at the work location.
