Responsibilities

Develop cost estimates and proposals for turnkey interior finishing projects.
Prepare special proposals and alternative offers, including material research.
Create tender documents and specifications for clients and suppliers.
Conduct technical and commercial reviews of bids.
Process price inquiries for subcontractor services.
Manage and maintain master data for standard calculations.

Requirements

Possess a qualification as an Interior Finishing Engineer (m/f/d), Construction Technician (m/f/d), Architectural Draftsman (m/f/d), Wood Engineer (m/f/d), Wood Technician (m/f/d), Master Carpenter (m/f/d), or a comparable background.
Have professional experience in cost estimation or project management for turnkey interior finishing projects.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of finishing trades and materials.
Exhibit strong organizational skills, cost awareness, meticulousness, and entrepreneurial thinking.
Proficient in MS Office and experienced with industry-standard calculation software.
Possess good written and spoken German and English language skills.

Eligibility

Candidates with a background in interior finishing engineering, construction technology, architectural drafting, wood engineering, wood technology, or master carpentry are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in cost estimation or project management within the turnkey interior finishing sector is required. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant calculation software is essential, along with good German and English communication skills.
