Corporate Cleaner

Role Overview

Arrow International, Inc. is a leading global producer and supplier of charitable gaming products and solutions. Its portfolio includes consumable items such as pull tab tickets, bingo paper, and ink, along with advanced electronic gaming products used in a variety of social and gaming venues worldwide. The company is expanding quickly and is looking for a dependable cleaner to help maintain a professional, safe, and well-kept workplace environment.

Key Duties

• Clean and dust furniture, and empty waste containers.
• Sanitize restrooms and replenish restroom essentials.
• Vacuum carpeting and mop floors across the club, including dining spaces.
• Wash interior and exterior windows as needed.
• Notify the maintenance team about damage, failed light bulbs, and plumbing concerns.
• Polish glass surfaces, tables, counters, shelves, desks, office equipment, and door handles.
• Vacuum elevators, clean stairways and landings, dust overhead light fixtures, and handle spot cleaning when required.

Experience and Education

• At least 2 years of hands-on commercial cleaning experience is required.
• A positive, service-oriented attitude is important for success in this role.
• Strong communication skills are needed to work effectively with colleagues and staff members.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Physical Requirements and Work Setting

This role involves regular communication, frequent use of the hands and fingers for handling objects, tools, or controls, and regular standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. The job may require lifting or moving up to 50 pounds. Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, along with the ability to adjust focus. The noise environment is generally low in the corporate office and moderate in production areas.
