About the Role
This position sits on Pinterest’s Enterprise Sales team and focuses on helping major eCommerce advertisers achieve stronger business outcomes. The role combines strategic account stewardship, consultative selling, campaign optimization, and performance analysis to move clients from awareness to conversion and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, launch, improve, and expand data-led advertising campaigns with support from internal partners.
- Develop and sustain strong client partnerships while aligning campaign strategy with stakeholder objectives across the full funnel.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper setup of first-party and third-party data and accurate campaign activation.
- Monitor and refine audience targeting and media performance on a daily basis using relevant tools and platforms.
- Prepare and share weekly reporting on campaign results, learnings, and next steps.
- Advise advertisers on Pinterest ad formats, audience strategy, bidding approaches, creative direction, and measurement methods.
- Deliver responsive client support, resolve issues effectively, and ensure smooth execution.
- Use AI-enabled tools and approaches to improve meeting preparation, analyze performance, and prioritize the highest-impact work efficiently.
- Streamline complicated processes, identify upsell opportunities, present strategic recommendations, and keep improving campaign outcomes.
Requirements
- Background in managing and expanding client accounts through data-driven methods, ideally in eCommerce, direct-to-consumer, or retail environments.
- Solid understanding of advertising best practices and technical measurement for media campaigns.
- Ability to uncover client needs, present convincing recommendations, and handle objections confidently.
- Experience designing and executing full-funnel sales strategies that support adoption and conversion goals.
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing solutions for eCommerce or retail clients.
- Ability to handle several campaigns, priorities, and deadlines at the same time.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills, paired with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Open to learning, growth, and AI-supported workflows that can improve scale and performance across varied advertisers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Work Arrangement
This is an in-office role with some flexibility. You are expected to be onsite or meeting clients at least two days each week.
Candidates must live within commuting distance of Pinterest’s Toronto office at 85 Richmond St. W.
Relocation support is not available for this position.
