  • Keep claims files, records, and supporting documentation complete and up to date.
  • Assist the broader claims function and contribute to process and service improvements.
  • Provide excellent customer support while ensuring outcomes remain fair and well balanced.

Experience and Qualifications

  • You should have at least 2 years of experience handling liability or casualty claims.
  • Experience managing your own caseload and organising priorities effectively is important.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in managing relationships with multiple stakeholders are required.
  • APA (Commercial) is the minimum qualification needed.
