Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Carrier Analyst to support a global network and telecommunications environment. The role centers on managing carrier relationships, improving telecom service efficiency, and helping ensure reliable service delivery across voice, data, and colocation-related services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain effective working relationships with carrier partners across global markets.
  • Assess telecom service choices and identify the most practical and cost-efficient options for business needs.
  • Handle end-to-end ordering activities for carrier-related services, including cross-connects, voice and data circuits, toll-free services, and toll services.
  • Work with engineering teams and carriers to support technical cutovers, transitions, and issue resolution.
  • Create and refine processes that improve carrier provisioning speed and help capture cost savings through prompt order completion.
  • Review opportunities to reduce telecom costs and actively support implementation of savings initiatives.
  • Partner with internal teams to maintain resilience for domestic and international voice and data circuits.
  • Keep management and stakeholders informed with clear updates on carrier service status, performance, and progress.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in ordering and managing telecommunication services.
  • Solid knowledge of global carrier practices, tools, standards, and operating procedures.
  • Demonstrated success in project management and service delivery.
