Overview
Calls Experts is hiring a remote Call Center Representative to support its English-language operations for the US and Canada insurance market. The company has been active in the North American contact center space for more than 15 years and welcomes both seasoned professionals and candidates who are motivated to grow into a long-term role.
Role summary
This position focuses on managing inbound and outbound phone conversations from home. The work also includes light administrative coordination such as responding to calls and arranging meetings. A reliable internet setup and familiarity with communication software are essential.
Key duties
- Make and receive calls to screen prospects and complete live call transfers.
- Review leads, handle customer questions, and support issue resolution.
- Create customer tracking spreadsheets and keep online records up to date.
- Communicate with clients in a courteous, professional, and consistent manner.
Work schedule
This is a full-time work-from-home role. The shift length is 8 to 9 hours per day, five days per week, with working hours scheduled within EST between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
Device and connectivity requirements
- A laptop or desktop with at least an AMD Ryzen or Intel i5 8th generation processor, or better, and a minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- The device must run Windows 11 or a recent version of macOS.
- Fiber-optic internet service is required.
Candidate profile

Pay and incentives
