Role overview
This opportunity sits within the Golf Operations team at a premium golf venue in Abu Dhabi. The position is focused on supporting day-to-day golf operations, maintaining excellent standards across all guest-facing areas, and helping create a polished, high-quality experience for members and visitors.
What you will do
- Keep the driving range, short game area, members’ range, golf carts, bag drop area, and bag storage/cart return areas neatly prepared and presentable.
- Support members and guests with moving golf bags, allocating range bays, assisting with golf carts, and providing general golf-related help.
- Carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor or management team.
- Follow all standard operating procedures carefully and consistently.
- Interact with members and guests in a friendly, warm, and professional manner.
- Represent the golf club in a polished way and protect its service standards at all times.
- Maintain a smart appearance that matches the company’s grooming and dress expectations.
- Deliver service at a level that supports strong performance in the 59Club Mystery Shopper Program.
Skills and requirements
- Strong spoken and understood English.
- Customer-focused attitude with a courteous and approachable manner.
- Neat personal presentation and professional grooming.
- Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior exposure to golf or hospitality is helpful, though not essential.
