What You Will Do

  • Oversee the guest experience from pre-arrival preparation through check-out and follow-up after departure.
  • Develop strong guest relationships and stay ahead of individual preferences and expectations.
  • Manage arrivals, check-in support, villa introductions, and departure coordination.
  • Stay in regular contact with guests to ensure a smooth and personal stay.
  • Arrange dining and spa bookings, wellness schedules, custom itineraries, transport, airport transfers, in-villa dining, special amenities, housekeeping preferences, laundry, celebrations, and VIP requests.
  • Act as the dedicated contact person for assigned guests and answer requests with speed, professionalism, and care.
  • Share informed recommendations about resort facilities and experiences.
  • Work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Culinary, Spa, Recreation, and Front Office teams to keep villas aligned with Miraval standards for cleanliness, amenities, guest preferences, and maintenance.
  • Handle service recovery by resolving concerns quickly, taking ownership, and ensuring proper follow-through.
  • Keep accurate and confidential records of guest preferences, requests, itineraries, and interactions.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is proactive, service-led, highly organized, calm in busy situations, adaptable, solution-focused, respectful of privacy, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Butler Service, Concierge, Front Office, Guest Relations, or luxury hospitality.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Professional presentation and a positive, polished attitude.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS and POS systems is an advantage.
  • Additional language abilities are preferred.
  • A Hospitality Degree or Diploma is preferred.
