Role overview
Salayel Hospitality is looking for a Butler who can deliver highly personalized, discreet, and attentive service to guests. The role focuses on creating a smooth, comfortable, and memorable stay by maintaining premium service standards at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tailored guest assistance and respond to individual requests with care and professionalism.
- Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Stay ahead of guest needs and take proactive steps to keep satisfaction levels high.
- Maintain confidentiality, polished conduct, and a consistently luxurious service approach.
Candidate requirements
- Prior work experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Executive, or in a comparable position within a luxury hotel, resort, or serviced residence.
- Good understanding of luxury hospitality etiquette and personalized guest care.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- A neat, well-presented appearance with a strong service mindset.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent troubleshooting ability and a sharp eye for detail.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi attractions and local services would be beneficial.
