About the internship

This internship is designed for someone who wants to work across finance, HR, and operations in a fast-moving technology environment. You will help the team with budgeting, reporting, operational tracking, and coordination while supporting day-to-day business execution.

What you will do

• Assist with financial planning, budget preparation, MIS reporting, cost analysis, reimbursements, and tracking business performance to support better decisions.
• Build dashboards and data systems, review business and financial datasets, monitor KPIs, and share useful insights with leadership.
• Support HR operations such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave tracking, payroll inputs, and exit formalities.
• Keep HR records, operational databases, and management reports updated while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Work with finance and business teams to improve workflows, simplify processes, and help with automation and reporting.
• Assist leadership with planning, budgeting, resource allocation, compliance support, vendor coordination, and strategic projects.
• Track operating expenses, help with procurement and vendor payments, and look for opportunities to reduce costs.
• Act as a coordination hub between departments and external agencies to ensure timely communication and execution of priorities.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, able to join between 6 Jul 2026 and 10 Aug 2026, and available for the full 3-month duration. Requirements

• Strong grasp of finance, accounting, budgeting, and core business operations.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, data management systems, and MIS reporting tools.
• Strong written and spoken communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• High attention to detail, good organization, and the ability to work well across teams.
• Capability to manage HR operational tasks while supporting leadership on people and business initiatives.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced technology setting with responsibilities that span multiple functions.

Additional information
