Sony Electronics Inc. is hiring a Business Manager to help steer day-to-day business performance and support long-term growth. This position will focus on Interchangeable Lens Cameras and Accessories, along with the key channel partners that drive recurring sales and profitability for the Imaging Solutions business unit. Business Management

  • Review long-term sales and market research information to set yearly fiscal targets.
  • Prepare and present key business topics during review sessions and planning meetings with Japan HQ.
  • Provide operational support across departments to keep the business running smoothly.

Sales and Product Management

  • Keep regular communication flowing with Account Managers and channel partners regarding sales progress, current and future forecasts, and market developments.
  • Handle partner and internal questions related to product details, marketing assets, delivery updates or issues, and market development funds.
  • Refresh marketing collateral and sales tools for the Imaging Solutions product category.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute sales promotions that help grow the business.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business management or a similar role is needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute business strategy.
  • Strong understanding of financial and budget management processes.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected annual base salary for this role is between $85,467 and $113,955. Final pay will depend on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, specialized skills, education level, certifications or licenses, and the location where the employee lives and works.

In addition to base pay, the role is eligible for an annual corporate bonus tied to company performance, though it is not guaranteed.
