Role Overview

Idea With Identity is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join its data and analytics team in the United States. This role is suited to someone who is highly analytical, meticulous, and comfortable turning complex data into clear business insight.

What You’ll Do

Build, enhance, and support BI dashboards and reporting frameworks.
Examine large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and meaningful business observations.
Partner with business teams to gather and refine reporting needs.
Create KPIs and performance measures that help guide strategic choices.
Develop and improve data models and ETL workflows.
Produce visual reports and dashboards with BI platforms to present findings effectively.
Contribute to organization-wide, data-backed decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
Strong command of SQL and Excel.
Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or comparable platforms.
Understanding of data warehousing principles and data modeling.
Exposure to Python or R is a plus.
Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving ability.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders.
