- Check data consistency by resolving mismatches across CRM, finance, and marketing platforms.
- Manage end-to-end NPI performance tracking, including revenue, adoption, funnel movement, and regional trends.
- Review post-launch outcomes, identify performance drivers and risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Help improve launch processes through insights generated from performance data.
- Develop and maintain market sizing models such as TAM, SAM, and SOM to support planning.
- Track competitive activity, including product features, pricing, positioning, and market trends.

- Perform win/loss analysis to understand what drives deal outcomes.
- Support pricing decisions using value analysis and price sensitivity insights.
- Model adoption curves and growth scenarios for priority products and segments.
- Identify revenue opportunities, commercialization gaps, and portfolio risks.
- Prepare insights and materials for bi-weekly and monthly business updates, MBRs, AOP planning, Product Council discussions, and strategic reviews.
- Convert complex datasets into clear, decision-ready recommendations for leadership.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Service, Finance, and Medical Education to define and prioritize analytical needs.
- Enable informed decision-making across the commercial organization.
- Follow applicable Quality System procedures and comply with company and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to a team culture centered on patient-first values, teamwork, agility, accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.

- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and marketing systems such as HubSpot or comparable solutions.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks.
