About the internship

This in-office business development internship is focused on sales outreach, buyer onboarding, and conversion support for the ResourceX platform. You will be trained on the platform, the pitch, and the sales process, then work with a provided lead list to engage prospects and move them through the funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and training on the ResourceX platform, the sales pitch, and the playbook.
• Contact potential buyers through calls, WhatsApp, and email using the supplied lead database.
• Present the ResourceX events and negotiation platform clearly and respond to routine objections.
• Guide buyers through registration, KYC, document checks, and account setup steps.
• Keep in touch with warm leads regularly until they convert.
• Close buyers on the most suitable paid plan according to their needs.
• Record call activity, lead progress, and pipeline details accurately in the CRM.
• Submit daily and weekly updates on outreach activity, conversions, and buyer feedback.
• Surface repeated buyer questions and product friction points so the team can improve the experience.

Who can apply

Applications are open only to candidates who can work full time from the office, can begin between 27 June 2026 and 1 August 2026, are available for the full 3-month duration, and have relevant skills and interest in the role.

Stipend and pay structure

The monthly stipend ranges from INR 6,000 to INR 20,000. The compensation includes a fixed component of INR 5,000 per month plus incentive pay of INR 1,000 to INR 15,000 per month.
