About the Internship
This internship focuses on business development with a specialization in sales. As a Business Development Intern, your role will include maintaining and growing student engagement through retention, renewals, and referrals. You will be tasked with fostering positive customer relationships, primarily via calls and messaging, within a dynamic and competitive environment where meeting monthly targets is key. Additionally, gathering and acting on parent feedback is crucial for continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must be residents of Bangalore and enrolled in or have completed relevant education, preferably with a technical or computer science background but this is not mandatory. The candidate should be ready for a full-time, in-office commitment for six months starting between July 22, 2026, and August 26, 2026. Freshers interested in beginning a career in sales are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates are excellent communicators and influencers with the ability to quickly master product knowledge and sustain excellent customer relations.
Compensation and Benefits
The monthly stipend ranges from ₹27,000 to ₹37,000, comprising a fixed component of ₹22,000 and an incentive between ₹5,000 and ₹15,000, based on performance. Interns who successfully transition to full-time employees may expect an annual salary starting from ₹400,000 to ₹600,000. Additional perks include a certificate, complimentary snacks and beverages, and a job offer conditional on performance.
