Business Analyst (BA)

Role Overview

Vinova is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support software delivery and ongoing system maintenance in an onsite Singapore role. The position centers on bridging business needs with technical execution, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, and helping projects move smoothly in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, interpret, verify, and document business needs and process requirements.
• Maintain end-to-end requirement tracking across the project lifecycle using JIRA and Confluence.
• Contribute to both new software builds and maintenance initiatives, ensuring work stays aligned with business goals in an Agile setup.
• Serve as the main contact for outsourced vendors and coordinate day-to-day communication.
• Review vendor outputs to confirm quality, scope alignment, and on-time delivery.
• Establish testing approaches and lead User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Partner with business users and QA teams to validate that solutions meet defined requirements and quality expectations.
• Support project management tasks such as timeline tracking, risk monitoring, and execution follow-through.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• You should have more than 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Direct experience delivering work in Agile projects is important.
• Practical exposure to both development/build phases and maintenance or support phases is expected.
• Strong working knowledge of requirements management and tracking tools, especially JIRA and Confluence, is necessary.
