About the Company
Naga Limited has evolved over more than 50 years from a wheat flour and milling business into a diversified organization with interests across detergents, minerals, power, retail, property, logistics, and food. Its food division remains the flagship business, and the company operates milling facilities in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, with additional capacity in Aruppukottai.
The business has a long history that began with wheat flour trading and later moved into large-scale flour milling, expanding over the decades into multiple divisions and brands. Its food portfolio includes products such as sooji, maida, whole wheat flour, and bran, supported by a wide distribution network across retail, bulk, institutional, export, and government channels.
Role Overview
This position is focused on managing below-the-line marketing efforts to strengthen brand visibility, drive activations, and support sales outcomes through on-ground promotional work and channel engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and run BTL campaigns and promotional initiatives end to end.
- Handle product trials, demos, and sampling programs.
- Liaise with vendors, agencies, and promoters to execute marketing events.
- Set up and manage roadshows, exhibitions, kiosks, and trade-related activations.
- Oversee in-store visibility, merchandising, and branding execution.
- Make sure promotional collaterals such as banners, standees, and posters are placed on time.
- Review campaign performance and share progress and outcome reports.
- Develop working relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Observe competitor activity and keep track of market movements.
- Maintain records for campaign spending and related budgets.
- Support sales efforts by generating leads and assisting customer acquisition activities.
Requirements
- Experience of 1 to 5 years in BTL marketing or field marketing.
- Strong verbal communication and people-handling skills.
- Good planning, coordination, and organization abilities.
- Hands-on experience in vendor management and event execution.
- Negotiation, follow-up, and cross-team coordination skills.
- Analytical thinking with a practical approach to solving problems.
- Comfort using MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field execution.

Additional Information
The role is based in Dindigul, India. The stated compensation range is INR 3,50,000 to INR 5,00,000 per year.
