Role Overview
In this role, you will act as a Beauty Advisor who uses a strong interest in beauty and CHANEL’s wide product range to help clients find the right skincare, fragrance, and makeup solutions. You will build trusted, long-term relationships with customers in the neighbourhood, many of whom visit the boutique regularly, especially on weekends. The position calls for sincere guidance, professionalism, and the ability to create memorable personal experiences for every client.
As the public face of the brand, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional client journey at every interaction and point of sale. The role also offers room to grow into specialist or management opportunities within the boutique network.
Key Responsibilities
