About the Role
Starbucks is seeking a part-time barista for its store at 1160 Highbury Ave in London, Ontario. In this role, you will help create a welcoming café experience by serving customers with care, preparing beverages and food to standard, and contributing to a friendly, high-energy store atmosphere.
What You’ll Do
As a barista, you’ll help deliver the Starbucks Experience through attentive service and well-made products. The position involves working closely with teammates, engaging with customers, and helping keep the store running smoothly throughout each shift.
- Welcome and assist customers while creating a positive service experience.
- Prepare drinks and food items according to standard recipes or approved customizations.
- Handle cash and support store safety and security practices.
- Keep the workspace clean, orderly, and ready for service.
- Complete a variety of store tasks as needed during the shift.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and organized.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a team setting, and takes pride in delivering quality service. A willingness to learn, strong communication, and a positive attitude are essential. Previous experience is not required.
