About the role
Skills4Work is looking for a qualified baker who is excited by the chance to help others build a career in baking. This is a rare opening for someone who enjoys teaching, guiding, and motivating learners to become capable, industry-ready bakers.
The position is based in Manukau, Auckland, and is best suited to someone who already has trade qualifications, practical baking knowledge, and some background in training or mentoring people. If you are currently coaching or teaching as part of your role, that experience will be valuable. If not, full support and training will be provided to help you grow into the training aspect of the job.
You will be part of a small team that works across New Zealand, so the role requires someone who is comfortable working independently while staying connected through remote support.
Skills4Work is a NZQA-registered vocational training provider and an accredited Craft Baking Training Provider in New Zealand. The organisation operates nationwide and continues to expand its baking training business.

- You need to genuinely enjoy helping others succeed and reaching their potential.
Perks
- Competitive pay package.
- Some flexibility in working hours.
