Key Duties

• Maintain proper cleanliness and sanitation practices throughout the baking process.
• Prepare food items in line with Texas Roadhouse quality and presentation standards.
• Bake the restaurant’s signature fresh bread daily.
• Work cooperatively with the team and contribute to a collaborative kitchen environment.

Pay and Benefits

Team members are paid weekly. After one year of service, and once benefit eligibility requirements are met, employees may access a competitive rewards package that can include medical coverage, dental and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year, paid vacation, short-term disability, life insurance, accident insurance, critical illness coverage, identity theft protection, an employee assistance program, business travel insurance, and an annual holiday bonus.
