Role overview
This position focuses on farming and growing relationships with important startup accounts so the business can deepen trust, improve retention, and expand revenue from high-value clients.
What you'll do
- Develop strong working relationships with client stakeholders and maintain those connections over time.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling, while working toward portfolio targets.
- Run periodic business reviews to confirm clients are receiving value from the products and services.
- Meet clients both at their offices and externally when needed to strengthen the relationship.
- Work toward client relationship goals and KPIs established by the team lead.
- Coordinate with internal teams to make sure client requirements are handled smoothly and on time.
- Raise concerns promptly and work through client issues until they are resolved.
- Conduct client satisfaction checks and review feedback to improve service quality.
- Track performance against service-level agreements and highlight possible risks or gaps early.
- Keep the CRM updated whenever there are changes related to a client.

- Prior experience in key account management or sales within a B2B environment.
- Good understanding of effective customer service practices.
