About the Company
APM, Ariane Prette Monaco, was established in 1982 and is known for its modern fashion jewelry inspired by the style of Monaco and the South of France.
Role Overview
The Riyadh team is seeking a motivated and service-driven professional who can help create memorable client experiences, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to building the APM brand in-store.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will support the Store-in-Charge across sales and operations, including KPI review, roster planning, visual merchandising, CRM activities, and team coordination.
Requirements
- A genuine interest in APM Monaco and the brand’s products.
- At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail or fashion retail.
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
- A proven record of strong sales results and CRM performance.
- Comfortable assisting with sales operations, KPI tracking, scheduling, merchandising, CRM, and people management.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
- A friendly, approachable manner with a strong customer-first attitude.
