Role Overview
The Assistant Manager role supports hospital operations, administrative coordination, and project-related activities for a healthcare facility in Dublin. This position contributes to policy alignment, operational readiness, cross-functional teamwork, and smooth service delivery in line with healthcare accreditation expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Help shape and update day-to-day hospital operating policies so they align with NABH healthcare accreditation requirements.
- Support pre-commissioning work and assist with the commissioning process for the hospital.
- Track project progress and site completion while ensuring applicable statutory compliances are met.
- Arrange multidisciplinary team discussions and help maintain effective coordination across departments.
- Facilitate clear patient communication and contribute to consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Provide administrative and executive assistance to senior leadership as needed.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- An MBA, MHA, or another equivalent qualification in hospital administration or hospital management is preferred.
- The candidate should bring at least 3 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 1 year in hospital operations or administration.
Compensation
Pay will be offered according to industry standards.
