Job Overview
Access Healthcare is looking for a dynamic and focused individual to join our team as an AR Caller. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, contributing to revenue cycle excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Achieve and surpass individual and team performance goals, including call quality and average handling time.
- Ensure compliance and quality standards by adhering to company guidelines and processes.
- Continuously enhance communication skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve intricate issues.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a customer support or call center setting is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Must be ready to work in a night shift and US shifts.
- Candidates are expected to join within a week.
- This is a work-from-office position only.
- Immediate joiners are highly sought after.

- Role: AR Calling
- Job Location: Chennai (Ambattur/Porur)
- Candidates from anywhere in Tamil Nadu are welcome to apply.
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week with fixed weekend offs (Saturday & Sunday).
- CTC: Maximum 2.5 LPA.
