Role overview

This position sits within Mondelēz International’s analytics function and supports business performance through data modeling, reporting, and insight generation. You will work alongside analytics leaders and cross-functional teams to spot patterns, identify opportunities, and help improve decision-making across manufacturing operations.

The role also contributes to post-ERP change management, helping teams adopt new systems, processes, and working methods so improvements are sustained over time.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out the analytics plan in coordination with analytics team leads.
  • Partner with external specialists who use advanced analytics tools and methods.
  • Apply models and algorithms to identify signals, trends, and patterns that support stronger long-term business outcomes.
  • Communicate analytics deliverables to stakeholders in a structured and practical way.
  • Work with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams to understand manufacturing challenges and improvement needs.
  • Study operational and supply chain data to find trends, gaps, and actions that can improve performance.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports, including Power BI-based solutions, for plant and leadership use.
  • Convert business needs into reporting and data outputs aligned to operational goals.
  • Support the standardization and improvement of reporting processes.
  • Provide data-based recommendations for process improvement initiatives.
  • Produce ad hoc reports and analyses in response to changing manufacturing and supply chain priorities.
  • Gather and document requirements from production and supply chain stakeholders.
  • Help prepare process maps, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications for manufacturing processes.
  • Take part in UAT for ERP and other manufacturing systems.
  • Support change management after system or process rollouts to encourage adoption of ERP, WMS, and related standard operating procedures.
  • Develop training aids, work instructions, and quick-reference materials for shop floor and office users.
  • Track adoption measures and collect feedback to spot resistance or knowledge gaps.
  • Join post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effect on production operations.
  • Assist with sustainment plans that support long-term stability during transitions and upgrades.

Skills and experience

  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to convert data into practical recommendations.
  • Experience using analysis to support recommendations for analytics leaders.
  • Understanding of modern analytics practices and KPI/scorecard concepts.
  • Ability to work with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Alteryx, R, or Python.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • Comfort working independently while also contributing to a team environment.
  • Ability to work in both office and plant/shop floor settings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management, information systems, or a similar field.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization or reporting platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Preferred: familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Preferred: exposure to WMS or MES environments.
