The company builds enterprise-level AI solutions for the insurance industry, including AI assistant platforms that provide natural language access to policies, claims, underwriting guidance, and internal operational knowledge. Its products combine advanced large language models with organization-specific information using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to help insurers improve productivity, speed up claims and underwriting work, and strengthen customer support.
Role Overview
The organization is hiring an AI Engineer to develop the building blocks that connect enterprise knowledge with its AI Assistant Platform. This role spans document workflows, platform feature development, and the technical work needed to turn complex enterprise data into usable AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect enterprise knowledge sources to the AI platform.
- Create and maintain document handling and processing pipelines.
- Carry out testing and validation for AI-powered features.
- Work on integration between the front end and back end.
- Design and ship new features for the platform.
What You Need
- Strong working knowledge of Python.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks.
- Ability to build, use, and maintain REST APIs.
- Solid skills in processing and working with data.
