Position Overview

Kitchen Tune-Up is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a growing kitchen remodeling business. The role is suited to someone who wants a stable, rewarding position, is open to learning new methods, and can support a fast-moving team environment.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate with the project manager and franchise owner to prepare, arrange, and maintain project documentation.
Monitor project schedules and help keep timelines on track.
Place purchase orders and submit them to suppliers.
Partner with teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Handle incoming phone calls and enter, organize, track, and update prospect and customer records.

Required Qualifications

Comfortable using both a computer and a smartphone.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Self-driven, reliable, and dependable.
Well organized with strong attention to detail.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour.
