Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement account plans that define customer objectives, strategic priorities, opportunity development, relationship mapping, and competitive risks.
  • Guide the account team through the full sales process, from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
  • Build strong customer partnerships by earning trust, aligning solutions to customer goals, and supporting mutual growth.
  • Identify key decision makers within each account and serve as the main point of contact between the customer and Cytiva.
  • Work toward annual and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Organize and conduct customer visits across account levels.
  • Collaborate with product sales specialists to demonstrate the range and depth of Cytiva’s capabilities.
