Role overview
The Account Director will oversee Reson8 clients at a senior level, serving as the main day-to-day contact and ensuring strong relationships are maintained. This role also involves coordinating the resources required to deliver projects, shaping operational plans, and keeping client expectations aligned with the creative team’s execution.
Alongside the Account Management team, the successful candidate will help drive campaign planning and support the growth of business accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead major client accounts for Reson8 Asia and ensure they are managed effectively.
- Guide the Account Management team in delivering excellent client service and provide mentorship and practical advice.
- Handle senior-level client communication on a regular, day-to-day basis.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with current clients and deepen existing relationships.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to win and develop new accounts.
- Deliver projects according to agreed timelines and approved budgets.
- Use creative and strategic thinking to strengthen outcomes for both clients and the agency.
Requirements
- Strong experience managing professional client relationships, including at least 6 years in an advertising, media, or creative agency environment.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and work quality.
- Strong multitasking ability, resourcefulness, and openness to constructive feedback.
- Demonstrated capability to plan and think strategically at a senior level.
- Excellent presentation skills, attention to detail, and solid project management ability.
- Proven people-management and team leadership skills.
- Strong awareness of budgets and the discipline to work within them.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Genuine interest in technology, social platforms, and digital content.
Compensation and location
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $6,000 to $8,000 per month. The role is based at Reson8’s Singapore office.
