About the Role
flyadeal is looking for an A320 Captain to command aircraft operations and help deliver safe, efficient, and customer-oriented service across its expanding route network. In this position, you will be accountable for operating the aircraft to the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and professionalism, while acting as a visible representative of the airline.
You will be part of a fast-moving airline environment where operational excellence, sound judgment, and strong leadership are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the aircraft safely and efficiently in accordance with GACA rules and internal company procedures.
- Accept full command responsibility for flight operations and all crew members on board.
- Consistently demonstrate strong airmanship, discipline, and effective decision-making.
- Follow all safety, operational, and regulatory requirements without exception.
- Direct and support the flight deck and cabin crew to ensure a secure and positive passenger experience.
- Assess weather, operating conditions, and aircraft performance before and during flights to make appropriate decisions.
- Encourage a proactive safety culture and submit reports for hazards, incidents, or operational irregularities when needed.
- Present flyadeal professionally while on duty and during layovers.
Base and Operating Locations
flyadeal operates from several bases across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4,000 total flying hours on A320 aircraft or on turbojet aircraft above 30 tons, with FMC, EFIS, or glass cockpit experience.
- At least 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command on the A320 or a comparable aircraft category.
- A current ICAO ATPL, with GACA licensing preferred or convertible.
- An active A320 type rating.
- A valid Class 1 medical certificate accepted by GACA, EASA, or FAA standards.
- English Language Proficiency at Level 4 or higher.
- No record of accidents or serious incidents.
- A clean criminal background.
