It works across video production and digital marketing, helping businesses communicate their message and connect with the right audience. Its video work includes corporate videos, ad films, safety induction videos, event coverage, and product photography. On the marketing side, the company focuses on SEO, social media marketing, PPC advertising, and email campaigns to improve visibility, bring more traffic, and generate leads.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and upkeep of client relationships so customers remain satisfied.
- Respond to customer queries and issues across phone, email, and live chat.
- Work with the sales team to help plan and execute marketing activities that support growth.
- Carry out market research and basic analysis to spot prospects and business opportunities.
- Create or assist with content for social media posts and email marketing campaigns.
- Join sales meetings and presentations to understand sales methods and processes.
- Help with day-to-day administration and other assigned ad hoc tasks.
