About the Internship

This remote, part-time chemistry internship is aimed at building advanced, text-first technical assessment content for AI evaluation workflows. The work centers on highly specialized chemistry tasks that span quantum chemistry, advanced organic structure analysis, and thermodynamic reaction systems. The role is designed for candidates who can handle rigorous subject matter and express chemical reasoning clearly in standardized text formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Create in-depth technical assessments in chemistry, including topics such as quantum chemistry, advanced organic structure interpretation, and complex thermodynamic reaction models.
• Build exact chemical logic chains using text-based notation only, with no reliance on diagrams or visual multimodal support.
• Design strong validation checks so that chemical equations and reaction models are structured correctly and can be verified through automated scripts.

Eligibility

Applications are limited to candidates who can work from home, can begin between 30 June 2026 and 4 August 2026, are available for a 3-month duration, and have relevant skills and interest in chemistry. The opportunity is intended for PhD scholars, postdoctoral researchers, or exceptional M.Sc. graduates from top research institutions such as IITs, IISc, or IISERs. High-potential women returning to the academic workforce are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation

The stated stipend is USD 7,000 to 20,000 per month. The role also includes incentive-based pay of USD 2,000 to 10,000 per month, with compensation varying by expertise level and evaluation quality.
