Role overview
Mobile Programming LLC is hiring a Workday Integration Consultant in Hyderabad, India. The role focuses on building and supporting integrations across Workday HCM and connected business systems.
What you will do
- Plan, build, validate, and launch integrations between Workday HCM and external applications using Workday Studio.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and turn them into practical integration solutions.
- Create advanced integrations across Workday HCM areas such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor Management.
- Investigate integration failures, identify root causes, and implement fixes to keep data moving smoothly between systems.
What the employer is looking for
- 4 to 10 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation or support assignments.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Workday Studio and custom integration development.
- Exposure to at least one end-to-end implementation that covered multiple modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical issues in integration environments.
