Role Overview

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will support the warehouse function in delivering excellent customer service, improving efficiency, and helping the business maintain profitable operations. The role also involves following company procedures, maintaining compliance, and supporting strong operational outcomes.

Key Duties

• Maintain accurate records and manage invoices effectively.
• Handle order fulfilment activities for delivery and click-and-collect, including picking, packing, dispatching, responding to fulfilment queries, and carrying out same-day customer deliveries when assigned to drive.
• Use operational exception reports to track performance measures, identify outstanding work, and help close gaps against KPI targets.
• Build product knowledge and role capability through online learning tools and other development opportunities.
• Support waste reduction and recycling efforts to minimise environmental impact.
