About the Role

Carraig Donn is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Castlebar, Co. Mayo. This is a permanent position with a 39-hour contract. The role requires flexibility to work across both our Castlebar and Westport warehouse locations.

Main Duties

• Accurately pick products and prepare them for dispatch, ensuring correct packing lists and labels are attached.
• Collaborate effectively as a team member while also demonstrating the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Maintain accurate stock records through diligent picking, packing, and goods-in processes, adhering to company guidelines.
• Receive and process incoming deliveries, storing them efficiently and systematically according to goods-in procedures.
• Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with Health & Safety regulations and that all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain the general cleanliness of all work areas, keeping the warehouse organised, identifying and mitigating hazards, and preventing accidents.
• Liaise closely with fellow warehouse operatives and supervisors to achieve daily operational targets.
• Provide support to the team and actively develop your own knowledge and skills within warehouse operations as needed.
