John Neill Painting and Decorating is hiring an experienced wallpaper hanger to join its Ardmore, PA team. The company has been serving customers for more than 49 years and is focused on delivering excellent service through quality workmanship. The right candidate will approach the job as a craftsperson first and bring strong hands-on expertise to the role.

What you'll do

This role centers on installing wallpaper to a high standard across a range of materials and project types. You should be comfortable working with specialty wallcoverings such as grasscloth, foil, flock, and textile papers. The position also requires following site safety expectations and using job-related equipment responsibly.

Experience and background

The employer is seeking someone with prior paper-hanging experience, ideally 5 or more years. Experience in painting and wallpaper installation is considered important for this role, along with the ability to work well with customers and teammates.

Role expectations

Candidates should be dependable, self-driven, open to learning, and able to communicate effectively. A strong work ethic and professional attitude are essential. The job also requires the physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb a 24-foot ladder without difficulty, and safely handle equipment such as ladders, sprayers, and sanders.
